How can I create a blog page that looks like the demo?

I would like to do something like
http://mysite.com/blog and then it shows all posts just like the demo http://themes.apollo13.eu/hypershot/blog/

First prepare empty pages for front page and block as explained here http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/adding_frontpage

Next add blog page you have created to menu in Appearance-> Menus
