Strange Sub-Page Display Error

The theme installed fine, and the Home, Blog, and Portfolio pages look great. However, sub pages are not appearing properly. About us (set to default template) and Contact (set to contact template) both appear to be loading UNDER a sample page? I’ve attached links to both of the live pages. Both have no additional HTML in the page setting itself, it is loading incorrectly dynamically.

Blogger importer is the only active plugin
