Dear Suppert,

can I somehow get rid of the authorpage?

http://marcusgatzke.de/archive/author/marcus

And can I remove the author from the blog posts? Instead I would love to see "Posted on Day, Month, year" only

Since there is only me as author, I dont really need/like it.

    Does it really make something bad to your site? IF you won't go there you won't see it?

    Anyway you would have to try to get rid of link to this archive type, and it is not easy as it is hard to find all places where this are shown.

    Is it really critical?

    I thought it would be easy to remove? Some themes just have that option (show author).

    It's not critical, but I dont like it really. (Google lists this page highly, when searched for my name)

    I found a way to hide at least the archive page.

    I added this line in the htaccess:

    redirect 301 /archive/author/marcus http://marcusgatzke.de

    No easy way to hide the author in blog posts?

    That is great.
    If author link is only in blog post then it will be easy :-) But I am almost sure that there are many more places where this link is visible, and I would have to hunt them down :-)

    Thanks for suggestion about hiding author, I will keep that in mind while developing next theme :-)
