ie8 bug in "info and share" rollover

Hi,
how can i resolve the bug of IE8 in the full screen view of gallery, when you rollever at the center the page appear a white, semi-transparent area?

Bad, but i resolve in the CSS commented the BGCOLOR at the line:

.lt-ie9 .album-icons.active{
    /*background-color: #fff;*/
}
.lt-ie9 .album-icons.active:hover{
    /*background-color: #fff;*/
    filter: alpha(opacity=70);
}
