How do I create a custom template without using the default template?
I want to use a custom shortcode without having a white box around it.

Sorry I don't understand your question. If I am right about your question it is same as always in wordpress, we change nothing in that matter.
With regards.

Sorry let me clarify it better.
When I create a new page and add my shortcode. My information is put into a white box.
I dont want it in a box but full width.
How do you add/create a template that has full width?
Similar to a blog page with masonry full width.
Right now you can select "default, archives, albums, contact, sitemap"

In each post/page you can only disable widget area, which will gave much more space for your content. There is no full width template, however you can try to create one and then share, maybe someone will find it useful.
With regards.
