Sorting portfolio categories problem.

I'm having a problem with the 'ALL' portfolio sorting button.
I changed the permalink style mid-way creating the site.
So now the ALL link led to "../?page_id=25" not "../products".
And secondly,
Same issue as this: http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/444/sorting-portfolio-category-buttons
I've already changed the slug, but I don't get what you mean by the 'sort it' part.
Please guide.
