Filterby menu and RSS white; change to black needed

edited February 2013 in Hypershot Posts: 20
I am using the default colour settings for text and the white theme;
customisation boxes are presently empty except for background.

The problem is I am not using the default image grey triangle background.
I am just using the colour white -- no image so there is no contrast.

Two screenshots are below.
The "filter-by" menu is invisible until it is clicked.
The RSS symbol has a fine outline box but no symbol is visible.

These must be set to white somewhere -- where can I change them to black please?
I am using the child theme so if possible please provide instructions for modifying it, if needed.

Thank you

    Live link would be really helpful for providing fast changes that I could test live.

    You muse made some customizations, cause in white theme, filter in blog also would be white. You can either change to black version, and then alter colors or post link and I will prepare changes for you.

    Filter in Albums- same thing, by default text in it is black.

    With regards.
  • origicine.com/preview then click on blog -- issue at upper right corner

    I only deleted the background image for the grey triangles and am using white instead.

    A plug is running for coming soon page so that is why preview needs to be typed in and direct URL does not work.

    Thank you.

    OK, I thought you mean other filter earlier :-) Here you have same topic http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/comment/2951#Comment_2951

    If you want to use it in child theme then you will have to alter second CSS code like this
    .rss-link, #filter-activate:after{
    background-image: url(../hypershot/images/black/controlls.png);
    }
    Or just create /images/black/ in child theme and copy there this file :-) Your choice

    With regards.
