Disqus comments showing as "Comments are Closed"

Love your theme. Just trying to make it work for a client.
We can't get Disqus comments working properly. Comments should be displayed through their system now as we have enabled everything on our end and in their backoffice. However when we browse to any post, it says comments are closed.
Example: http://www.highlovepriestess.com/wedding-anxiety-is-it-normal-to-feel-this-way
Comments definitely aren't closed as they work fine when we disable disqus. I don't know where to look in the theme to enable this to work properly.
Help will be greatly appreciated!
