top line color change & contact full width issue

Hello,

I attached 2 picture to show what I would like to change.

1- on the top there is a gray line how I can change this color to black

2- on the contact fourm its already full width but on the page its not full width.. how I can fix it please.

Contact page template is different and not all rules apply to it :-)

But you can use this custom CSS

    width: auto;
}
