Menu isn't showing up in line

Hi Appolo13,

First of all, thanks for the beautiful theme.
I installed it 2 days ago and am sort of figuring it out, however I've come across to 2 error that I couldn't fix them up, so hopefully you could help me.

1 - As you can notice the menu isn't lining up properly. I have apparently spotted the error, for some reason the on the coding the Ul hasn't been given the ID NAV and because of so the menu is breaking. I couldnt fix it..

------ if you add "id nav" to the List it fixes the bug.

2 - The Golden lines down the bottom, in the widgets area and footer are not lining up to the rest of the lay out.

Have you create menu in menu section and set it to the header menu?

Thanks for getting back to me, that's very nice of you.
I have sort of fixed it, now the problem is that there's no 'padding' between the links in my navigation bar. I cant find the reason for that and yet the golden line is stil not lining up!
