Get rid of Titles and Outlines

I have copied a lot of custom CSS script and added to my site with the PC Custom CC plugin, but nothing is actually working. Can you please tell me what's going wrong? I am terrible at any type of code.

What I want to happen:
-Get rid of Page Titles
-Get rid of all outlines: Page outline, image outlines, line below header / above footer, etc.

Hello,

I see that file form this plugin for cusotm CSS is not present. We had topic about it, go to Settings-> Permalinks and set them to Post name option this should help. Then come back and tell me again what from you custom CSS don't work.

PS. I see also that you use uncompressed CSS and child theme and plugin. You have enabled 3 different options to customize CSS and you will only lose speed cause of that. I advise to turn compressed CSS back and decide to use child theme(you edit child theme style.css) or plugin for custom CSS, no need for both.

Awesome thank you. I will have to learn my way around custom CSS but enabling compressed CSS and turning off the plugin helped! I will be sure to only edit the child template file from now on.
