How to stop nav bar/menu links appearing through search box

If I click to bring up the search box, move my cursor on to the nav bar and then bring it back into the search box, the menu link behind the search box can be seen through it.

How can I stop this from happening and make sure the search box is always on top when brought up?

I think you can't :-( but I have to fix it :-)

It ended up to be easy fix, just use this custom CSS

.add-ons {
    z-index: 202;
}

It will be added in next update of theme.
