I upgraded to the latest version on my production site (www.AlexNavas.com) and lost everything below the menu. Now all I have is the top bar, logo and call to action button with a blank page.
I then try another page (www.alexnavas.com/strategy-session) and get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_map_get_attributes() in /home/amped423/public_html/alexnavas.com/wp-content/themes/AlexNavasTheme/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 6 (I changed the theme name, but I'm using superior. I've been running it with a custom theme name since before we moved to version 2.0)
I manually go to the blog (
http://www.alexnavas.com/blog/) though and it works fine.
I'm wondering if there is something missing with Visual Composer. I have a copy of my site at
http://amplifiedresults.com/an/ which is a fresh install of Wordpress and Superior (just imported content), and the home page is fine, but I did notice there that when I add the Post Grid element, the top header image reduces in height and the menu goes away. I looked at other pages without that element and the menu was fine.

Please finish updating plugins after moving to new version, same as in this topic http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/3419/fatal-error-on-newest-upgrade#latest
More info on updating theme http://apollo13.eu/docs/superior/#!/installation_update_update_theme
With kind regards.

Error is cause of OLD Visual Composer version. You need at least version 4.6.0
If you don't see it in Install plugins link, which is very strange, you can update manually.
Go to \superior\advance\plugins\js_composer.zip and use this file to update plugin. You may need to remove previous version of plugin first, best to do it by FTP, so you wont lose any VC settings.
Hope that helps!
With kind regards.

When I remove the post grid element, everything goes back to normal. I've uninstalled other plugins and it didn't help.
Listen, if few hours there should be available new update on ThemeForest with newest VC added in. Try it, and if it fixes your issue, then please just leave me note here.
If it not fix it then please send me temporary access(create new ADMIN account with fake e-mail) to your WP and FTP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please attach LINK to topic it applies to.
I will jump to it even if it will be deep weekend:-)
With kind regards.
