I've installed your theme and start to make changing content. The problem is that content doesn't show in this 2 topics (but it exists after exporting http://boliuk.com/blog/ )

The problem is that after demo data import You'd have to have three Grid Elements imported, and this is what You're missing right now. Xpert at this moment require those Grid Elements in order to work properly.
In attachment file there are exported Grid Elements - just import this using WordPress Importer plugin.
After that - edit 'Post Masonry Grid' shortcode that display Works and Posts, go to 'Item Design' tab and select 'Xpert post layout' for posts and 'Xpert Work layout' for works.
Using another grid element layout will be fixed in upcoming Xpert update.
