Footer link doesn´t appear

HI!
I need a link of the footer or the web. I´m from Spain and need a "Terms of use" in every single page, so I need a link on the footer.
The html code is ok, but it doesn´t work! Can you help me, please?

    you must hate me. I´m sorry, It´s not working on my computer.
    Using chrome 47.0.2526.80 (64-bit)
    imac OS mavericks

    But if you say everything is ok, I have nothing left to say about sorry

    Yep, confirm - on Chrome it's more problematic.

    This will be fixed in upcoming update.

    quick fix for now:
    Please navigate to Xpert Options >> Custom Style and paste this definition: 
    #footer {
      z-index: 0 !important;
    }

    The footer is working now on my cellphone (android) but not on chrome
