Hi, posting some website content on Facebook, preview shows "APOLLO 13.EU" label.
How could I remove it?

You have old version of theme, which still have this issue. Anyway if you don't want to update do as explained here http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/comment/8421/#Comment_8421 - just remove mentioned code.
