  Hi, I would like to set the blog as the homepage as well. Although there isn't an option to do this, is there a way to edit the php files to do so? Any advice is much appreciated.

  Hi,
  maybe it will be work if you copy content of blog.php to front-page.php.
  
  Paste it there and let me know if it works.
