logo header does not appear on laptop

hello I was looking at my site on my pc laptop a 15 dell not a year old and I noticed on my site that my logo header does not appear on my home page. When I look at the site on my mac laptop, pc desktop and mac desktop logo shows up fine this is what I see

    1. If on any of these computers you are logged in to WordPress? If yes then it can be cache issue.
    1a. Do you have any cache plugins installed in your WordPress?
    2. Could you post link to your site?

    hello I know it has been a while but I had to renew my support :smiley: I still have the same problem with the logo , Looks fine on a desktop but disappears on the laptop untill you scroll down the page.

    It was only 10 months ago ;-)

    Is your laptop is MAC?
    Have you uploaded the logo for HIGH DPI devices also? Please check that in Appearance → Customize → Header Settings → Logo → Image for HIGH DPI screen.
