I would suspect that some plugin is affecting this place by introducing JavaScript error.
You could test it by disabling all plugins except for Apollo13 Framework Extensions.
If you don't want to do it alone, I can test it for you.
I would you to send me temporary* access to your WordPress and FTP so I could check there what is going on. You can send it here on the forum via private message(click on my nick, in top-right corner you will find option "Message"). In message please add LINK to topic it applies to.
By sending access to WordPress I mean: -create a new ADMIN account with a fake e-mail -set some password to this account -send me created login and password

It seems that in your case Easy Google Fonts plugin was creating the issue. However, I don't know why exactly.
You should review your active plugins as some seem like they are active for no reason, and make your site load very slow.
