Request for refund - some bug but I didn't buy this theme.
Hi,
The theme I bought was https://themeforest.net/item/gwangi-dating-community-theme/21115855 some time back, but for some reason or some kind of bug, when I logged in I wasn't able to download the updated files and got the license for https://themeforest.net/item/onelander-creative-landing-page-wordpress-theme/20953926 instead.
I've contacted Envato but they said the only way was to get a refund and repurchase the right theme.
Hence, can I get a refund?
