a) I like to get my users registered before they can see the full image in the light box after clicking one of the picture previews.
b) How can i link the full image to my shop. So that a user can directly buy this picture?

This sounds like a custom request. There is nothing ready that could do such a thing.
I believe you would need to block your whole website behind "login" with some plugin to achieve something similar.
In album you can link each photo to the product in WooCommerce.
You can do it by selecting "Product this image represents" while editing image in the album https://rifetheme.com/help/docs/content-management/albums-works-post-types/album-media/#editing-items
