page not loading then critical error

my shop page wouldn't load. I contacted wordpress support and they found the fatal error codes. After I got out of the chat my entire site isn't loading on my desktop although it is loading no my phone. Please understand I know nothing about website coding. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    all I'm getting is a grey screen on desktop browsers. nothing loads except on my phone using firefox at the moment

    wordpress support went through and found fatal error codes and said it had something to do with the theme. I can provide those codes if it helps

    I had to restore my site to a previous date. that worked until today
    when I attempt to log into my admin it gives me a critical error message. when I try to go to my site I get a blank grey screen and nothing I do changes that
    except using a different browser, which loads my site just fine until I try to login to admin and then the same thing happens on the that browser too

    wordpress support sent me a string of error codes before I restored my site. I'll send those over
