Pattern over masonry brick thumbnail

hello,

how can i have pattern over brick album layout, but not when "mouse over" but when all thumbs are visible, so opposite from what i have now. now i have pattern when i "mouse over" a photo thumbnail, and i would like to have a pattern over all album photos and when i "mouse over" then the photo would reveal itself.

    Hi,
    first simple guess (I had a similar "problem" once):

    Look for 
    em.cov
    and 
    em.cov:hover
    in the style.css and change attributes (like opacity) with the help of the cild theme's css.
    But maybe, there is some javascript helping.... As I said: Just a guess!

    well i have found the codes you wrote, and managed to get the pattern over brick images but now on "mouse over" i cannot get the clean photo look, and the little magnifying icon is gone.
    any suggestions how to fix that?

    thanks Air. is there a way to save little magnifier icon when i pass over a photo with a mouse? it is lost now when i applied codes to css.
