Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help me with the Simple Google Map plugin that came with the theme. I inserted the shortcode into one of my posts and there are a few issues with it:
- The zoom in and zoom out arrows are not shown properly
- The description/directionsto box is a bit skewed as well
Attached is a screenshot.
I am using WP v3.5.1 and the only additional plugin that I have is Captcha.
Thanks in advance.

Where is your attached screen shot?:-)
You could show live link.
I don't know about shortcodes, cause we have added this plugin for sidebar usage as widget. However please show what you mean.
With regards.
I can see my attached screenshot above... Is there another way of sending the file so that you can see it?
My site is not live yet.
Thanks.
I will take a look at your image in few minutes.
Upload it somewhere and link here please:-)
With regards.
Yes, I used the Attach a file option.
Here is the link: http://imgur.com/brmJawm
And another option in case the first one doesn't work: http://i.imgur.com/brmJawm.png

If that is what you really see then I don't have idea why it is like that.
Could you post shortcode that you are using for that?
Also please tell me in what browser you are seeing this.
Thanks and with regards:-)
I used the shortcode [SGM lat="3.9833" lng="-81.6000" zoom="5" type="TERRAIN"]. I checked the php file and the shortcode for inserting it into a post was in there.
However, upon reloading the page, the map doesn't appear on any of the browsers that I use anymore - Firefox, Chrome, Safari. Wondering if there's a way to make this work? I like how the map looks, it's just too narrow on the sidebar.
Thanks,
LazyDiver
I have tested this shortcode and indeed it looks strange. I have no idea for now why it does look like that.
This shortcode is kind of hidden thing in theme and we didn't test it, so we rather don't advise to use it.
Sorry for not being helpful in this case.
With kind regards.
Thanks. Do you have any recommendations for a plugin that works best with the theme and that will produce almost the same result?
Regards,
LazyDiver
Good luck :-)
