I m trying to use ubermenu with hypershot but it doesnt work well.
Did you had any similar problem?
Any suggestions?

I mean, that it has problem with the third level menus, it makes them not visible.

You can try to switch to uncompressed styles http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/advance_menu_use_compressed_js_amp_css and then in style.css remove all styles for top menu. They are starting in line ~396 with

/********/
/* TOP MENU */

and ends line ~512 with

/********/
/* END OF TOP MENU */
