How to remove title above page and change header\footer menue font color?

First of all i would like to thank you for all the help you provided for my theme numerus times. If i could i would give it 5 stars every time i log on

I've search all pages of forum but i couldn't find few things. If it's already been awnserd could you pls just send me the link.

1.I've manage to find how to change a color of some fonts in header but ont on "play" and "search" cold you writte me CSS for static and mouse over

2.I would like to change the color on my footer menue(static\mouse over)

3.Is it possible to delete space with title (heading) on my pages? (photo)
