Fatal Error
About 6 weeks ago on one of my clients websites' when they click on ''my albums'' in the dashboard they are met with the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home/*username removed*/public_html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 578

We have had this theme installed for many months with no issues but only recently it's not allowing us to view / change my albums.
Any help with this would be appreciated thanks.

WordPress version: 3.8
Plugins: * Deactivated all and reactivated one at a time (thought this was already done). Turns out it was NextGen and Add this causing the fatal error.
