There is clearly not fully rendered panel. It looks like problem with no albums probably. Try adding at least one album(can be empty).
I will check it on my installation.

I have checked and there in such issue without albums. What version of theme you are using?

Hi, I have a problem uploading the demo content bec my server doesnt allow me to upload more than 40mb, caould I ask a favor and can you set up the demo pages for me if its not too much to ask. I really like your theme and I want to use it. I can give you my WP access

Does this post continues same issue? Cause it sounds like it is different case, and you should start new topic for it.
Anyway:

Does it mean you have only 40 MB of free space? Cause xml import file doesn't have such big size.

If you fail while following this process http://apollo13.eu/docs/hypershot/#!/installing_demo_data
Then do it again but without checking Download and import file attachments.
