How do I remove this notice? It shows on every page in the admin area.

Another question: Headings are not scaling for responsive layout except with the LayerSlider WP. I would like it to work throughout. How do I make this happen?

Can you be more specific about this notice? Screen shot or exact notice? Anyway you see it cause you have debug mode on which you shouldn't have. Also it may come from some plugin.
