Problems with Fame Theme and Woocommerce plugin

When activating woocommerce, the menu disappears from the header. Also certain page items do not show properly when woocommerce is in use.

Need help.

Sound like JS issue. Probably conflict with other plugin. Have you tried deactivating other plugins like explained here http://support.apollo13.eu/discussion/12/before-you-ask-read-this-#Item_1
