SpaceShip Template error after upload

Hello,

I bought SpaceShip template, unfortunately I have some problems with it!
When I upload the template via admin panel, I get the following error message after uploading

Unzip the package ...
The theme is installed ...
The theme has been installed successfully.

When I Enable the template, only a white page appears with the message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40 bytes) in / homepages/30/d389471123/htdocs/app425904225/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 484

And if I will upload the template via FTP and it would enable the

"Fatal error: (tried to allocate 22 bytes) Allowed memory size of 41.94304 million bytes exhausted in / homepages/30/d389471123/htdocs/app425904225/wp-content/themes/spaceship/advance/widgets.php on line 410"

I need your help.

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
Spaceship Stylesheet is missing.

Don't upload whole zip file from themeForest. Upload only zip with theme. Follow instructions in above link :-)

I have done so, but after activating the template, I get this error message

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 41,156,608) (tried to allocate 50 bytes) in / homepages/30/d389471123/htdocs/app425904225/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 135

Please send me here on forum via private message access to your wordpress(create account for me in WP and send me login and password), and I will take a look myself and try to install theme in your WP installation. After I am done, you can delete my account.

You have very old Wordpress:-) We have now 3.4.1 and spaceship is compatible with 3.4.X
Go to your WP and update it :-) then install theme.

I just purchased and keep getting the following error when I try to upload spaceship zip.

Apache Server at virtuals.catalog.com Port 80

Hello blyth.

1.Have you tried uploading via WP admin panel?
2.Have you tried uploading other theme?
3. Are you sure you only upload theme, not full package from ThemeForest?:-)

- Yes I am uploading via WP admin panel
- Can upload other themes fine
- I am just installing spaceship.zip

I also downloaded it twice and get the same message with both.

Any other suggestions. Is there any other way to install.
