Mobile Menu/Log not working properly

Hello would you be able to help me with an issue I am having while the website is in mobile mode. I have attached images with notes so you have a better idea of what I am talking about.

    Hello :-)

    For now please deactivate AJAX mode.
    Next thing - have you made any modifications to code?
    Do you have any special plugins installed?

    Turning off AJAX did the trick! Thank you very much!! I absolutely love this theme you guys have created it. It's truly wonderful!

    Hello there,

    I have a big issue with my menu...
    May be i've done something wrong (even if i never touched the code or css).

    The website works perfectly on PC but the menu doesn't work on mobile devices : website crashes after clicking on any menu item.
    I tried to desactivate AJAX mode, but the problem still happens.
    Could you please help me.

    I have just tested your site on iPad and iPhone and I don't see any issue with it.
    What device were you testing your site on?

    Hello
    Finally, I disabled the two AJAX buttons in the customize menu... (first I disabled only one then the otherone, but never the two together). Indeed, now it's working very well :-)
    But can you explain (or give a link which explains) what are the options I disabled in turning those 2 options off ?
