please go to Chillout Options >> Custom Style and paste this definition:

.columns_count_4 .g-item.w1 {
  width: 20% !important;
}

this will allow You to fit 5 items in Team shortcode, but those items should have 'Item size in grid view' parameter set to '1x1' or '1x2' or '1x3' or '1x4' (can be found in metaboxes in people edit panel)
warning: this will affect Work Items also, but only when their size is set to '1x1' or '1x2' or '1x3' or '1x4'
