Urgent: Installation instructions are not correct

Dear friends,

I just downloaded the Xpert theme but the installation instructions seems to be inaccurate:

Upload it via admin panel(can get error while upload on slower connections, or cause of other issues)
Download ZIP file from ThemeForest and find in it xpert.zip(theme file)
go to Appearance->Themes->Install Themes(Tab)->Upload and choose file xpert.zip
go to Appearance->Themes and click "Activate" below Xpert theme

The problem is that when I go to Appearance->Themes, there's no Install Themes option (see pic attached).
How can I solve this?

OK, from what i can see it's hosted on Wordpress.com server - is that right?
if so - please refer to https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

if not - please provide me login credentials to admin panel, do it ONLY via private message.

There's nothing wrong with our theme or support.

Maybe there's nothing wrong. I'll never know since you didn't made clear anywhere it would be impossible for me to install it.

You say I should know myself your product doesn't work on wordpress.com but I say it would be much nicer of your part to make it clear everywhere instead of waiting a customer to fall on a trap and just after that showing a link and say it's not your fault.

Not only ours. There no commercial WordPress theme that You can upload by yourself to Wordpress.com server.

It's like blaming car company for getting lost in a highway... or in totally new city.
I don't understand what is so difficult for You to understand.
I've never seen anything similar to what You expect from us.
Wordpress.com is your choice, isn't it?

But You can, just use it properly.
And it is You who made mistake.
And it was You who rated our theme with one star WITHOUT trying it - obviously You did not try it because You can't install it, and You can't install it because You've made a mistake by choosing wordpress.com server.
Shame on You!

$49 - this is very cheap for such comfort, I'd give even more...
