Problem with Portfolio section

Hello apollo13,

I can not activate the section of the portfolio. I've tried a thousand ways and this is impossible.
You can see it here http://www.artcreative.es. If you want, I can give you access to the control panel.

Another question, how can I activate the contact form?

    Hi josegemar.

    You say you tried thousand ways, but could you write few of them, so I will not loose time for writing things you have already done ? ;-)

    Did you check documentation( you should have it in package form Theme forest)? If not please scan it, mainly http://apollo13.eu/docs/airlock/#!/adding_portfolio and http://apollo13.eu/docs/airlock/#!/airlock_portfolio_settings

    For contact form:
    1. Add new page
    2. Choose form templates menu 'Contact'
    3. Save & Done

    If you have problems use demo data, also described in documentation http://apollo13.eu/docs/airlock/#!/demo_data_images_sizes_and_others

  • Sorry, I forgot to choose 'Portfolio' from template list.
    I have a new problem now; I created two portfolios, but these are not published, in the home or in the portfolio section. I followed the manual, thinking that might be a dismissal as the previous, but can not find anything.

    You created two portfolios or two portfolio items from 'My Portfolio' menu?

    Did you added them to any category?

    I've uploaded your data and now appear items, but I do not know why after uploading your data file the site lost the item rollover effect on home page

    I will ask again - did you add your new portfolio items to any category?

    Cause of images in posts don't load, javascript breaks on images that it can't convert to grayscale(cause they are not loaded). Delete posts with images that can't load(or add proper paths for images) and it will get back to normal. Scripts that operate on images can have difficulties when operating on images that are placed on different server.

    josegemar could you please describe what was that issue that caused that 'not showing items' problem? It would help us write better documentation and maybe find some bug in our implementation. Thanks in advance :-)

    I consider myself enough experience with WordPress, but in this case I can't explain what has happened. At first, everything seemed be correctly configured, but my items in the portfolio didn't appear. Even my items disappeared from the section 'My portfolios', while I was watching them in the database. I installed wordpress 3 times to make sure that there was no type of 'noise'. The last time I noticed that the template not allowed me to put my own 'slug' and this necessarily forced me to use the word 'portfolio'. Then everything already seemed to work fine.
