How can we remove the BLOG page title?

I figured it out, but when remove there is no option to increase padding under header and above post list. I think we are ok as is once I removed padding around Blog title (attached) and added theme color. She is adding a second blog post today so it will be balanced. In the future, if Blog title is removed, is there a way to add padding so header and posts images don't overlap? BIG UPS!!

To disable title-bar you can do it in Customizing ▸ Blog settings ▸ Posts list - title bar

Not padding, but you can enable option that will not put content under header.
Go to Customizing ▸ Blog settings ▸ Posts list ▸ Hide content under header and you will be fine then :-)
