Theme enhancement options missing

I don't have the "Theme enhancement options" in site navigation menu, which should include item icon and "Make this item normal text(will not be link)". Do I need to activate it somewhere?

Hello :-)
Some plugins override options for the menu.
Try deactivating all plugins and leave only
Apollo13 Framework extensions
active and then check again.
If it appears, activate plugins one by one, until you find a problematic one.

Hi!
So, the problem was that I did not have the Apollo13 Framework extensions installed
Installed it, and now it works like charm.
