Contact email eror report

I did set everything , I did put my email where it s suppose to be but I still get an error

but after sanding you land in
http://bernardbertrand.com/new/new/contact/
This subfolder is problem. Please post screen shot of settings in Settings-> General

Do you really need this /new in Site Address (URL)?

IF not please delete it and try then. If it won't help or you need this /new in your address then you will have to send me temporary access to your WP and FTP so I could check there what is going on? Send it here on forum via
private message.

OK I fixed it by returning to our first method in getting address for contact form
by changing in advance/utilities.php in line 308
this

' . home_url() . $_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"]

to this

http' . $ssss . '://' . $_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"] . $_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"]

I will try to find better way to do it and add it in next update.

I don't think I would be capable of doing it by myself , to be honest
